Reservation
is valid upon receipt of a deposit of 100% of the total price.
2.
Cancellation policy
- Within 7 days prior to arrival - no charge, 100% deposit refunded; - 6 - 3 days - 50 % of the price of the stay; - 48 h and less - 100% fee.
3.
Reservation changes
according to availability and current prices.
4.
Responsibility:
guests are obliged to use the premises with due care; Tatra Villas is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
5.
Dispute resolution
: in accordance with Section 3 of Act 391/2015 Coll., the competent authority is the SOI (Slovak Trade Inspection).
