Tatra Villas processes personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• - administration of reservations and legal registration of guests (§ 24 of Act 253/1998 Coll.),
• - fulfilment of tax obligations,
• - marketing communication (only on the basis of the consent granted, which can be revoked at any time).

Legal basis for processing: article 6(1)(b), (c) and (a) GDPR.

Retention period : 10 years for accounting documents, 6 months for registration cards, 3 years for marketing data.

Rights of data subjects : access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, complaint to the Data Protection Authority.
