1. Check-in: 15:00 - 20:00 | Check-out: until 10:00.

2. Quiet hours 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

3. No smoking in all indoor areas; smoking is only allowed on designated balconies or terraces.

4. Pets are not allowed . If yes, only by prior arrangement and for a fee of 15 €/night.

5. Parties and events are not allowed; accommodation is for recreation.

6. Damages over 50 € will be paid according to the real costs within 48 hours.

7. Please take your waste to the rubbish containers when you leave.
